Customer Installations
We always enjoy seeing our products installed and performing as intended so we encourage our customers to send us photos after they receive the product. This is also another way we are able to verify the fit of our kits and monitor for any issues out in the field. As you can see from the pictures below, kayak scupper holes can vary widely in design and that design will determine how our plugs will fit. By design, our plugs will be oversized for the tightest fit possible which means some of plug will need to stand taller than the actually scupper hole. Most kayak manufacturers will create a recessed area around the scupper hole to collect water and this recessed area allows for the top of the plug to still be lower than the overall kayak deck.
If you would like to have your kayak scupper plug installation featured in our photo gallery please send your pictures to us email.
