Over the years we have developed an extensive database of kayaks in the marketplace and what plugs will fit them correctly. This information has been collected from actual customers like you, specifications from the kayak manufacturers and our own field research. We also encourage customers to check behind us by offering a 25% discount for sharing information about kayaks we already have listed on our site. This keeps our database up-to-date and gives customers an incentive for being a part of ensuring our accuracy going forward. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to help make things correct for you.

Returns

We offer a 30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to accept returns within 30-days of original purchase.

We encourage customers to test the fit and function of items within this 30-day period. After 30-days please contact us prior to sending items back.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on the products we sell. Products found to be defective within this period can only be exchanged for replacements or a credit toward other products on our site. The warranty period is effective from the date of original purchase for 365 days.

Refunds

We typically process refunds within 2 business days of an item coming back to our warehouse. Once refunded, our system will send an email confirmation of the refund. If you do not see a refund confirmation please feel free to follow-up with us so we can look into the situation and help out.

Return shipping will not be refunded.

Promotions and Promo Codes

We advertise promo codes and promotions through social media, direct marketing campaigns, mailers, newsletters and other means. In addition we also use automatic promo codes for qualifying orders of certain dollar amounts and/or product types for free shipping and/or discounts. This website will only allow the use of one promo code or promotion at a time and they cannot be combined. Promo codes will override automatic promotions.

All promo codes and promotions are for a limited time only and will expire without notice.

Shipping Information

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Our shipping department will be closed Sunday and Monday as well as all postal holidays. If for any reason there is a delay outside of these normal policies we will contact you to let you know.

We ship by UPS and USPS for a full range of delivery speed and cost options.

Economy — Typically delivers in 3-7 business days after being shipped.
USPS Priority Mail — Typically delivers in 2-3 business days after being shipped.
UPS Ground — Typically delivers in 2-3 business days after being shipped.
International Shipments - We are no longer able to ship outside of the United States.

Fleet, Bulk and OEM Sales

We do have a wholesale program available for customers who operate rental fleets, would like to buy in bulk for resale or are kayak manufacturers. These requests are considered based on projected volume and will require a minimum order quantity to be determined on a case by case basis.
